S&C workshops are delivered throughout the year at the University of Wolverhampton and range from 2 hour public lectures to a full day practical workshop. The workshops are delivered by accredited S&C coaches and as an example from the practical workshop, cover:

  • The role of S&C in enhancing performance

  • Fundamental Movement Skills to develop a robust and injury free athlete.

  • Introduction to resistance training techniques 

  • Drills to improve running technique 

  • Programming - incorporating S&C into your training.
