Runner’s Online S&C Class
Service Description
This class is specifically designed for runners through a mix or strength, plyometric and core exercises that are key to helping runners become stronger, and more robust for the demands of running. This is not a HIIT class, the aim of the sessions aren't to burn you out at the end of the session like a lot of other classes, that would be counterproductive for a runner. Although a circuit based format, you are encouraged to go at your own pace and focus on quality of movement over quantity! The session is delivered in the comfort of your home using Zoom which can be accessed via the Zoom website or app. Once you have signed up to the session you will be provided with a link where you will be able to to access the class.
