Service Description

This class is specifically designed for runners through a mix or strength, plyometric and core exercises that are key to helping runners become stronger, and more robust for the demands of running. This is not a HIIT class, the aim of the sessions aren't to burn you out at the end of the session like a lot of other classes, that would be counterproductive for a runner. Although a circuit based format, you are encouraged to go at your own pace and focus on quality of movement over quantity! The session is delivered in the comfort of your home
