Strength and conditioning is about prescribing specific exercise programmes that will improve athletic performance, aid in injury prevention and improve mechanics.

RL Performance provides strength and conditioning locally in the West Midlands and online nationally to athletes in order to improve their performance. As well as strength and conditioning RL Performance also offers training to those that have personal lifestyle goals (reduce body fat, build lean muscle, improve cardiovascular fitness).

Rhys is a Strength and Conditioning coach of elite runners and works with a wide range of athletes and teams at the University of Wolverhampton. He is also a visiting lecturer at the university and regularly contributes to a variety of research projects. As well as coaching athletes he is also a keen sportsman having represented Great Britain in a number of Australian Rules Football fixtures.
